Meet the Air Now Team
Jeff Hanchett
Owner
Jeff Hanchett is very engaged in all aspects of his HVAC company. He is a problem solver with deep technical knowledge who doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty. Jeff enjoys the satisfaction obtained through challenging and hard work.
As a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, he is a no-nonsense straight-shooter, driven to succeed by way of honesty and integrity. He firmly believes in a duty to God, family, and community.
Jen Hanchett
Early on, knowing that this business would take a lot of Jeff’s time and energy, Jeff and his wife, Jen, made the decision to have Jen stay at home and take care of their most important work: their family. Before they were married, Jen spent time doing missionary service in Argentina and then graduated BYU with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Translation. She worked in mental health in Washington and loved helping people find solutions to better their lives.
Now that their five children are all in school, Jen has joined Jeff at Air Now and they are working together to build a business that serves the community and helps people have a better overall experience when they need HVAC services.
Choosing the Right Contractor Matters: A Case Study
Our team is technically trained and has a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems. We look at the whole picture and get to the root of the problem. The result? Our attention to detail ensures you get the best solution for your home.
In fact, we often hear from our valued customers that Air Now technicians are more thorough when assessing a system.
Recently, our owner, Jeff, was assisting a customer who wanted to add air conditioning to her home. She had received quotes from four or five contractors, but it was Jeff’s attention to detail that saved the day.
Unbeknownst to her, the furnace was improperly installed. This was causing a critical issue that was restricting airflow in her home by 70 percent. If she had added AC to her existing system it would not have run properly, potentially causing discomfort, frustration, and additional repairs. Luckily, Jeff expertly resolved the issue resulting in a better working and properly installed furnace as well as a new air conditioner. Choosing the right HVAC company matters!
